Maths & statistics questions
- Given some data points for x and y. I was asked to find how they are related. Like if any function is there between them or is there any correlation or regression. This was asked only to identify my thought process - Asked if there are 50 students in a room, is it possible that all 50 of them have same height. If yes, what is the probability of it?
Tips for aspirants
- Study GK as well for Interviews: - What are the Indian Defence Stocks that went up during the war (I was asked this because I told them I have been following India Pakistan War News) - What are some stocks that went down during this time? - Why Donald trump imposed high tarrifs on various countries? - If he imposed them, why did he revoke them? - Tip: - Prepare well, even if you don't know the answer, try to explain them your thinking. Interviewers were helpful. - Don't panic, when interview started, one professor (probably from IIM C) just making rounds around us (me and two other professor) just to check if I am panicking or not.
